Due to the customized and digital nature of resume writing services, refunds are limited.

1. Before Work Begins
A refund may be requested within 24 hours of purchase if no work has started.

2. After Work Has Begun
Once drafting, editing, or review has begun, refunds are not available.

3. Revisions
We provide revisions as outlined in your selected package. Our goal is client satisfaction within the scope of the purchased service.

4. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed with documentation of service delivery and communication history.
